HOW they Work

GET IN TOUCH:
Complete the commission request form below or email me directly at info@esjayartistry.co.za with your ideas and any reference images. Include details such as the type of artwork, size, style, medium, and any specific elements you'd like incorporated.

LET’S HAVE A CHAT:
We'll schedule a consultation (via email, phone, or video call) to discuss your vision in more detail. This is where we can share ideas, clarify requirements, and ensure we're on the same page.

COST ESTIMATE: After the consultation, I will provide you with a detailed quote that includes the cost, and estimated completion time.

PAYMENT AND AGREEMENT:
Once you're happy with the quotation, I will send you a contract outlining the project details, timelines, and payment structure. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission.

DESIGN AND PRODUCTION:
Depending on the project, I will create preliminary sketches/mock-ups and share them with you for approval. At this stage, you can request revisions. Your feedback is welcome to ensure the artwork aligns with your vision.

FINALISATION AND DELIVERY:
Upon completion of the artwork, I will share images for your final approval.
Once approved, the remaining balance is due.
After receiving the final payment, I will safely package and ship your artwork to your specified address. Shipping costs will be included in the invoice.
